Refunds and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • 15-day return window from date of purchase
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Final sale items cannot be refunded

Partial Refunds Apply When:

  • Items are not in original condition
  • Items are damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Returns are made after 15 days from delivery

Refund Process

  1. Email support@junglelegacy.com to initiate return
  2. Ship item to provided return address
  3. We’ll notify you upon receipt and refund approval
  4. Approved refunds will be credited to original payment method

Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund
  • Consider tracking/insurance for high-value items

Gift Returns

  • Gift recipients receive store credit
  • Refunds for non-gift items go to original purchaser
